Due to the nature of research products, opened, used, altered, or tampered-with products may not be eligible for return or replacement. Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery may also be excluded from return consideration. Order Issues & Refunds

If Pepper Research determines that an item was damaged during shipment, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise qualifies for a return or replacement, we may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

If an order is eligible for a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is the result of an error attributable to Pepper Research.
